Refund Policy to our Customers
If you received a damaged or wrong item, we must receive communication from you within 48 hours of delivery. Please communicate the following info via email: pictures of item claiming to be damaged or wrong item and include a picture of the packing slip that came with your delivery. Returns: We offer a 14 day return policy if your purchase did not work for you. You may return items in its original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear within the 14 days of the date your item was delivered. Please note that it's the customer's responsibility for the cost of the shipping label, we do not provide return labels.
Once the package has been released to us by the carrier, you will receive an email confirming the refund to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been issued, depending on your bank funds may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be reflected onto your account.
Chula will not accept any return that is not within the 14 day return window and not in the original condition it was sent.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for your needed size as our items may sell out. Please note that its the customer's responsibility for the cost of the shipping label, we do not provide return labels.
Final Sales: Any purchased using a discount code more that 15% or a final sale items are non-refundable
Marketplaces/Pop-up Sales: Sales are final sale and non-refundable.
